The House 

The village of  Durfort is near Sauve, between the Roman towns of Nîmes and Montpellier and a brief 50 minutes from the Camargue coast.

The house is a medieval terraced one, with a patio and a spacious sunny garden for lazing around, barbecues..

It has the advantage of being situated in a traffic free cul-de-sac, near a stream and within easy walking distance to the village where you will find all the facilities one expects in France: café, bakery, restaurant, grocer.

The house is over four floors linked by a spiral staircase - mind your toddlers!

The house has a kitchen breakfast room on the ground floor, living room and bathroom on the first floor, master bedroom on the second floor with its own hand basin and a loft room with magnificent views with its own hand basin and W.C.

Both bedrooms are extremely spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine but no dishwasher, and the breakfast room leads onto the garden where a barbecue is installed, ideal for eating outside in the summer. The house sleeps up to 7 people.
